These are my favorite books because they have made a difference in my life.
They have made a difference because I applied their teachings over and over until I had integrated them.
I applied them like a cooling compress and a healing salve. I continued because I trusted that they would make a positive difference – and they did.

It is a challenge for me as one person to keep up on all the new book releases in all spiritual, metaphysical, and self-help areas. You can help here by recommending both new releases that you have enjoyed and found helpful and books that are out there which other visitors (including me) may not have encountered yet.
Everyday we are given information that leads us to the next step on our path, much of it by a passing remark by our fellow human beings. The truth is we all help each other every day in countless ways just by going about our business and talking about things that are interesting to us.
